OÜ Roua started in 2019 in Tallinn, Estonia. Since then, we've grown into a fully online, location-free team— based in Tallinn, with collaborators across Europe and Japan.
We've always believed the internet is more than a tool; it's a space to expand human horizons. We create content, build communities, experiment with technologies, manage projects, and we're always chasing the next fun challenge as part of the internet's frontier.

Born in Kobe, Japan, they moved to Tokyo for university.
While still a student, they traveled to Manila to support the launch of their father’s company’s office. After graduation, they interned in New York and went on to found OÜ Roua in Estonia.
They currently live as a digital nomad in Croatia, working primarily as a Product Manager at an ed-tech startup.
Alongside their main career, they were scouted by a French webtoon publisher and now serialize Devilish Vows as a comic artist. They are also the founder of JPEE+, a global community.
